| dc.description | The essay addresses the question of how to analyze the relationship between the use of information technologies and communication with respect to water resources. It is argued that developing countries like Nicaragua are more likely to investigate the type of DUI mode of innovation in the context of vulnerable groups living in rural areas. It was found that some innovations already identified are more of the frugal innovation type and, in this sense, are more suitable for vulnerable groups. In this case, it is concluded that the technological structural agreement and the institutional social agreement coexist and must be taken into account when analyzing innovations with regard to water resources and what is more important to capture the tacit knowledge that water users provide through the use of information and communication technology devices. | en-US |
| dc.description | El ensayo aborda la cuestión de cómo analizar la relación entre el uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación con respecto al recurso hídrico. Se argumenta que en los países en desarrollo como Nicaragua es más probable que se investigue el tipo de modo de innovación de DUI en el contexto de grupos vulnerables que viven en áreas rurales. Se encontró que algunas innovaciones ya identificadas son más del tipo de innovación frugal y, en este sentido, son más adecuadas para grupos vulnerables. En este caso, se concluye que el acuerdo estructural tecnológico y el acuerdo social institucional coexisten y deben tenerse en cuenta cuando se analizan las innovaciones con respecto al recurso hídrico y lo que es más importante para captar el conocimiento tácito que los usuarios del agua proporcionan mediante el uso de dispositivos de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación. | es-ES |
