dc.descriptionEn la presente investigación se analiza desde una perspectiva crítica la situación que enfrentan las mujeres nicaragüenses trabajadoras domésticas migrantes en Costa Rica. Sus vivencias reflejan serios conflictos que rodean los esfuerzos orientados a la ejecución de articulaciones teóricas y prácticas entre la condición de ser mujer migrante y trabajadora doméstica. El estudio se realizó recolectando información jurídica de la legislación costarricense para combinarla con investigaciones especializadas sobre el trabajo doméstico y anécdotas (en su mayoría) de las trabajadoras domésticas nicaragüenses migrantes en Costa Rica afiliadas a ASTRADOMES (Asociación de Trabajadoras Domésticas en Costa Rica). Dichas vivencias permiten visibilizar las vulneraciones de los derechos fundamentales y laborales que atraviesa este sector en su integración social y laboral.es-ES
