| dc.description | The social and solidarity economy (SSE) has been identified as that alternative focused on the territories; we acept the belief that efforts must be strictly local, however, in the midst of the globalization process, several actions have been developed and they can mark the beginning for the international normative construction of the SSE, admitting a harmonization of those elements of the SSE that can be universalized, respecting, certainly, the particularity of the practices of each region and country which are framed in said sector. Just as the capitalist system rests on the basis of a whole international legal framework of hard and soft law that responds to the interests of an individualistic logic; we defend the idea that the SSE can be strengthened at the domestic level based on these international legal schemes and institutional convergence. | en-US |
| dc.description | La economía social y solidaria (ESS) ha sido identificada como esa alternativa focalizada en los territorios, admitiendo la creencia de que los esfuerzos deben ser estrictamente locales, sin embargo, en medio del proceso de globalización se han gestado diversas acciones que pueden marcar el inicio para la construcción normativa internacional de la ESS, admitiendo una armonización de aquellos elementos de la ESS que pueden ser universalizados, respetando, ciertamente, la particularidad de las prácticas propias de cada región y país y que se enmarcan en dicho sector. Así como el sistema capitalista descansa sobre la base de todo un andamiaje legal internacional de derecho duro y suave que responde a los intereses de una lógica individualista; defendemos la idea de que la ESS puede fortalecerse a nivel doméstico a partir de estos esquemas jurídicos internacionales y de convergencia institucional. | es-ES |
