dc.descriptionThe norms of any juridical classification are dedicated to be completed, and in in their case, applied, however, to be applied, first they should be interpreted, because the interpretation is the first activity to achieve an appropriate application of the Right. For it, the present work is dedicated to the doctrinal and legal study of the interpretation in the Ecuadorian juridical classification and of its methods, rules and principles, with the objective of guaranteeing an appropriate application of the Right and with it, the safeguard of the subjective rights and the artificial security as constitutional principle.en-US
dc.descriptionLas normas de cualquier ordenamiento jurídico están destinadas a ser cumplidas, y en en su caso, aplicadas, sin embargo, para ser aplicadas, primero deben ser interpretadas, pues la interpretación es la primera actividad para lograr una adecuada aplicación del Derecho. Por ello, el presente trabajo está dedicado al estudio doctrinal y legal de la interpretación en el ordenamiento jurídico ecuatoriano y de sus métodos, reglas y principios, con el objetivo de garantizar una adecuada aplicación del Derecho y con ello, la salvaguarda de los derechos subjetivos y la seguridad jurídica como principio constitucional.es-ES
