| dc.description | Learning styles refer to how learners perceive, interact with and respond to the learning environment, as a result of heredity, their own life experiences and the demands of the current environment; also to the characteristic affective, cognitive and physiological behavior. The objective of this research is to identify the learning styles shown by the students of the "preparatory functional area for training in agricultural and environmental sciences" of the UNA Camoapa Campus, taught in the face-to-face modality. It is based on Kolb's theoretical model and follows a quantitative-descriptive research methodology. The analysis is approached from the application of the Kolb Learning Styles Test instrument to sixty first-year students of the year 2020. Among the results, it was found that the predominant learning style of the students is the assimilator, characterized by their thought. sequentially, analysis and synthesis of information, and its value system rewards logic and rationality. Since students learn more effectively when they are taught using different pedagogical strategies based on their predominant learning styles, it is incumbent on teachers to structure learning situations that are consistent with all styles. | en-US |
| dc.description | Los estilos de aprendizaje se refieren a cómo los aprendices perciben, interaccionan con y responden al entorno de aprendizaje, como resultado de la herencia, las experiencias vitales propias y las exigencias del medio actual; también al comportamiento afectivo, cognitivo y fisiológico característico. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo identificar los estilos de aprendizaje que muestran los estudiantes del “área funcional preparatoria para la formación en ciencias agrarias y ambientales” de la UNA Sede Camoapa, impartido en la modalidad presencial. Se sustenta en el modelo teórico de Kolb y sigue una metodología de investigación cuantitativa – descriptiva. El análisis se aborda a partir de la aplicación del instrumento Test de estilos de aprendizaje de Kolb a sesenta estudiantes de primer ingreso del año 2020. Entre los resultados se encontró que el estilo de aprendizaje predominante de los estudiantes es el asimilador, caracterizado por su pensamiento en forma secuencial, análisis y síntesis de información, y su sistema de valores premia la lógica y la racionalidad. Como los estudiantes aprenden con más efectividad cuando se les enseña mediante diferentes estrategias pedagógicas basadas en sus estilos de aprendizaje predominantes, a los docentes les corresponde estructurar situaciones de aprendizaje que sean coherentes con todos los estilos. | es-ES |
