Clínica de trastornos mentales en la ciudad de Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán

Abstract

The percentages of people who are suffering from a disorder are increasing, being doubled by having the COVID-19 pandemic as an experience, this caused by being in isolation or a loss of a loved one, mainly the cause of developing some depression being marked with an anxiety or vice versa, other disorders can be Bipolar Disorder (BD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Being Bipolarity (TB) the sudden emotional changes that can be depressive for a whole week and the following week you can be Euphoric (Joyful mood) and the Personality Limit (BPD) is the emotional change significantly during the day, for Day example, in the morning you can be very happy, in the afternoon angry or upset and at night very depressed, on the other hand OCD is a disorder that leads to obsessions through thoughts, feelings or ideas of the environment and therefore repetitive behaviors and undesirables that drive you to do things over and over again for a period of time. The project is proposed in the city of Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán, being one of the most important ports internationally, having as inhabitants and visitors’ people from different States of the Mexican Republic and even Foreigners, it lacks government institutions to treat illnesses and / or disorders. in the city, having to travel to other municipalities to have a psychological consultation, with long waits to have an appointment in the municipalities closest to Lázaro Cárdenas, traveling to the municipality of Morelia in the Dr. José Torres Orozco Psychiatric Hospital, with only this a building intended for mental health in the state of Michoacán, which on the other hand just to have consultations moved to the city of Uruapan to the General Hospital of Uruapan "Dr. Pedro Daniel Martínez".

Los porcentajes de personas que están padeciendo algún trastorno va en aumento, siendo el doble al tener como experiencia la pandemia del COVID-19, esto ocasionado por estar en aislamiento o una pérdida de un ser querido principalmente la causante de desarrollar alguna depresión siendo marcada con una ansiedad o viceversa, otros trastornos pueden ser Trastorno de Bipolaridad (TB), Trastorno de Límite de Personalidad (TLP), Trastorno Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad (TDAH), Trastorno de Obsesivo-Compulsivo (TOC). Siendo la Bipolaridad(TB) los cambios emocionales brucos que pueden ser estar toda una semana depresiva y la siguiente semana puedes estar Eufórico (Estado de ánimo de alegría) y el Límite de Personalidad(TLP) es el cambio emocional significativamente durante el día, por ejemplo, en las mañanas puedes estar muy feliz, en las tardes enojada o molesto y en las noches muy depresivo, por otra parte TOC es un trastorno que lleva a tener obsesiones a través de pensamientos, sentimientos o ideas del entorno y por ende comportamientos repetitivos e indeseables que impulsan a hacer cosas una y otra vez por un periodo de tiempo. El proyecto se propone en la ciudad de Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán siendo uno de los puertos más importantes internacionalmente, teniendo como habitantes y visitantes a personas del diferentes Estados de la República Mexicana y hasta Extranjeros, carece de instituciones gubernamentales para tratar padecimientos y/o trastornos mentales en la ciudad, teniendo que trasladarse a otros municipios para tener consulta psicológica, siendo largas las esperas para tener cita en los municipios más cercanos a Lázaro Cárdenas, viajando al municipio de Morelia en el Hospital Psiquiátrico Dr. José Torres Orozco, siendo solamente este un edificio destinado a salud mental en el estado de Michoacán, que por otra parte solo para tener consultas trasladarse a la ciudad de Uruapan al Hospital General de Uruapan "Dr. Pedro Daniel Martínez".
