Resumen
Communication is an essential process between humans; we do it every day with our families,
couples, friends, coworkers, our heads, etc. It should be noted that if there is a source of conflict
between human beings is determined by communication failures, their failures derive in problems,
grievances, conflicts, misunderstandings, as well as emerging relationships, friendships and love. In
this article we will refer to the core elements of communication, so that the reader understands the
complexities that may result and the importance of improving communication. Particularly in
organizations, is essential to good communication and that is why this is a review of the elements
that are considered central in both, the written and oral communication as current as electronic
mail, to name the most important. Improving communication within organizations and the personal
means to improve our lifestyle, we become more assertive and more efficient in all every acts of our
lives.
