Abstract

ABSTRACT: HEALTHY HEART, S.A. DE C.V is a company that produces "Needles and Catheters", they are surgical materials that are designed for a puncture as painless as possible thanks to its triple bevel sharpening. These two types of surgical material are used for the injection of medications or fluids intravenously. In this case our main buyer is Ireland, it is a country that lacks this material, so requires a lot of this sector. Our general objective is that based on this project we can reach an export of 1,500 needles and catheter kits over a year to Dublin, Ireland, thus creating products with good quality, delivered in a timely manner, and making the buyer is satisfied with the service we provide. The process of the selection of this company was made from a market research, where we search how necessary this sector is considered in the international market, as well as the more in-depth investigation of the economic relationship that exists between Mexico / Ireland with its treaties, restrictions, production and especially the city of Ireland to which these products are directed, as well as a suitable transport that would allow us to make exporting more feasible, having an INCOTERM that would favor us both. In the initial approach you can know the main objective of this thesis, which was releasing the results of a whole investigation, forming a total of 10 chapters, which will be thoroughly known the development of the project. Within these chapters will be key points, among them are the potential markets being the main market hospitals and through them we learned more about our final destination and was a guide to much of the content of the subsequent chapters taking us to the selection of our target market in Ireland, specifically in Dublin.

Finally, an international fair or convention was sought where we could raise awareness about our company and thus get more companies that were interested in this type of industry to import, as well as increase our productivity over the years as we will improve our company over time.
