Abstract

Abstract This work corresponds to an extension project developed in the company UT ITALCO whose problem is framed in the inadequate contracting process, for this reason the general objective was to design a platform for the contracting management of the company in order to have information Required and decreased excess documentation. The methodology used is the MGA (configured general methodology) focused on the logical framework, which allows verifying compliance with the specific objectives proposed and achieving greater monitoring and control of the process as a result. During the development of the project, the relevance and importance that ICTs have acquired when implemented in companies, improving their processes and their efficiency, is highlighted, as they are preferred as a differentiating factor that allows a company to enter or maintain a competitive market. Among the most frequent discussions, we find the factors (economic, technical and human) that limit the use of ICT in companies, which often prevent being able to incorporate technology efficiently.
