Diseño de un modelo integrado de gestión bajo los parámetros de las Normas Técnicas Colombianas ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 21001:2018 e ISO 45001:2018 de acuerdo al Proyecto Educativo Institucional PEI en el preescolar Kid´s Kinder.

Abstract

This degree work is based on the need of Kid's Kinder preschool to adopt standardized processes and continuous improvement at all levels of the organization to increase recognition in the marketplace and thereby increase student enrollment. This need was addressed through the design of an integrated management model under the parameters of the Colombian Technical Standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 21001:2018 and ISO 4500:2018 taking into account its Institutional Educational Project PEI to contribute to the positioning of the educacional market. First, the integrated management model was developed under the parameters of the Colombian Technical Standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 21001:2018 and ISO 4500:2018, to be used as an instrument that evaluates each standard in the implementation of the requirements against the current situation of the institution and its Institutional Educational Project PEI. Finally, the results yielded by the evaluation instrument defined the control tools for the documentary execution of the designed integrated management design.
