Business consultancies are administrative methods that allow to make diagnoses about the operation of a company and are intended to build strategies that allow the solution to problems and temporary situations. This document seeks to carry out a process of accompaniment in the analysis and business diagnosis of the gastrobar Pachamama located in the city of Villavicencio - Meta; reason for which, different matrices and analysis will be elaborated, in order to observe and study the behavior of this organization with respect to internal and external factors; in order to implement various competitive strategies that will help the company to position itself in the market and in the mind of the consumer. At the same time, the consultancy allows the company to identify its value proposition, which will lead Pachamama to make a difference in relation to the existing competition in the city. Likewise, the idea of carrying out Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be analyzed and presented so that Pachamama can achieve a better relationship with consumers and thus satisfy their needs. Finally, improvement plans will be made with the aim of contributing to the growth of the company to provide better customer service.
