México. Logros significativos 2010-2017

Abstract

Se identifican las principales actividades realizadas por el Instituto en México, durante el período comprendido desde el año 2010 al 2017, con respecto a las necesidades e intereses del país, fortaleciendo en temas como ganadería, agroturismo, políticas públicas, desarrollo rural, sostenibilidad, horticultura, fruticultura, innovación, agricultura familiar, economía, agroindustria, sanidad e inocuidad alimentaria. Asimismo, se brindó asesorías legales, medidas fitosanitarias, metodologías, medidas de gestión territorial y tenencia de la tierra. Finalmente, se trabajó en la conservación del suelo y el agua, producción ovina y en el control de plagas como la mosca de la fruta y la mosca del mediterráneo.

The main activities carried out by the Institute in Mexico are identified, during the period from 2010 to 2017, with respect to the needs and interests of the country, strengthening issues such as livestock, agrotourism, public policies, rural development, sustainability, horticulture. , fruit growing, innovation, family farming, economy, agribusiness, health and food safety. Likewise, legal advice, phytosanitary measures, methodologies, territorial management measures and land tenure were provided. Finally, work was done on soil and water conservation, sheep production and pest control such as the fruit fly and the Mediterranean fly.
