Resumen
The agrarian reform is presented from the social or economic point of view, from the individual or national effects, or from the philosophical or political angles, depending on their different countries. Governments are seen to be political and generally have adopted reform laws in small amounts in preparation for the recipient of the land and, with less attention, rarely leading to research and careful planning. Each agrarian reform has its own background and operational history; No two are the same. This study examines fourteen programs from Mexico, Burma, Caylon, Communist China, Costa Rica, Czechoslovakia, Egypt, Formosa, India, Italy, Japan, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, and Syria.
