Saúde da mulher em situação de rua: expressões da violência de gênero no cenário da pandemia

Abstract

A População em Situação de Rua é um fenômeno que, historicamente, não tem a devida visibilidade em relação à garantia de seus direitos. Na pandemia, a saúde dessa população foi agravada com a ausência do Estado na adoção de medidas e ações para sua proteção. Nesse sentido, a mulher em situação de rua é pouco perceptível e provoca inquietações pela sua condição de exposição à violência na realidade das ruas. O estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar a saúde da Mulher em Situação de Rua e os impactos da violência de gênero no contexto da pandemia da COVID-19. E como objetivos específicos: estudar sobre a saúde da mulher em situação de rua e a relação da violência de gênero; analisar as legislações voltadas para a saúde da mulher e da mulher em situação de rua; refletir sobre os impactos da pandemia na saúde da mulher em situação de rua; compreender a violência gênero da mulher em situação de rua e suas intersecções determinantes como raça e classe. A partir do materialismo histórico dialético, a pesquisa social adota a abordagem qualitativa e como procedimentos o estudo bibliográfico, a análise documental e a coleta de dados em campo, através de entrevista com questionário, tendo como participantes as/os profissionais da equipe do Consultório na Rua de Franca/SP, que atuaram na pandemia em 2020 e 2021. Os resultados desvelam as manifestações da violência de gênero e sua sócio historicidade, que envolvem a saúde da mulher em situação de rua. Assim como, ampliou os conhecimentos relacionados aos direitos para ampliar o seu acesso à saúde. Considera-se que a equipe do Consultório na Rua de Franca/SP possui uma experiência que evidenciou vários desafios que envolvem a saúde das mulheres nas ruas.

The Homeless Population is a phenomenon that, historically, has not had due visibility in terms of guaranteeing their rights. During the pandemic, the health of this population was aggravated by the absence of the State in adopting measures and actions for their protection. In this sense, the woman living on the streets is barely perceptible and causes concerns due to her condition of exposure to violence in the reality of the streets. The general objective of the study is to analyze the health of women living on the street and the impacts of gender violence in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. And as specific objectives: to study about the health of women living on the street and the relationship of gender violence; analyze the legislation focused on the health of women and women living on the streets; reflect on the impacts of the pandemic on the health of homeless women; understand the gender violence of women living on the streets and their determinant intersections such as race and class. Based on dialectical historical materialism, social research adopts a qualitative approach and procedures include bibliographic study, document analysis and data collection in the field, through interviews with a questionnaire, with professionals from the Consultancy team as participants. Rua de Franca/SP, who acted in the pandemic in 2020 and 2021. The results reveal the manifestations of gender violence and its socio-historicity, which involve the health of women in a street situation. As well as, it expanded knowledge related to rights to expand their access to health. It is considered that the team at the Consultório na Rua de Franca/SP has an experience that has highlighted several challenges involving the health of women on the streets.
