Abstract

This work had as its theme the awareness through knowledge about shared civil liability in relation to the disposal and proper disposal of solid waste. It recognizes all actors involved and legally responsible for environmental care, focusing on what the final consumer can do, being a behavior change agent for solid waste and preservation of the environment.It also addresses ways in which shared civil liability is required in processes such as reverse logistics, sectoral agreement and selective collection of solid waste, citing successful projects applied in our country regarding the disposal and disposal of such waste.
