Análise técnica e legislativa para a implantação de um sistema fotovoltaico residencial na geração de energia elétrica em Cornélio Procópio

Abstract

The use of solar energy as an alternative electricity generation is still a subject rarely explored in Brazil. However, due to a new scenario created by governmental incentives and also by the ANEEL regulation 482/12, which establishes general conditions for micro and minidistributed generation, its implementation is becoming more and more frequent. Therefore, this work addresses issues related to the use of this type of energy, analyzing current legislation and public policies, in order to guide small consumers of Cornélio Procópio in the application of photovoltaic systems in residential facilities, aiming at not only their legislative understanding, but also the technique to be applied in a photovoltaic installation connected to the electric grid.
