Resumen
The use of collaborative environments in education has shown to be an effective tool in the dissemination of knowledge at a distance, providing a space for collective and collaborative study among the participants. Since interaction is one of the fundamental resources in these virtual collaboration environments, a user-friendly interface is necessary for greater productivity and efficiency in collaborative work. This work aims to propose a prototype interface for Collaborative Learning Environments, using data obtained through an usability evaluation on collaborative environments, applied to students of the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR). For the proposed evaluation, questionnaires were used as research instruments to evaluate the components of the collaborative environments E-Proinfo, Edmodo and Moodle. This work contemplated six stages of research: Systematic Bibliographic Review, Selection of the components of the collaborative environments of learning, Development of questionnaires to evaluate the Usability of selected components, Application of questionnaires to students of the courses of Computer Science and Systems Analysis of the UTFPR, Analysis and Development of the results obtained and Interface Prototyping for Collaborative Virtual Learning Environments. From these steps it was possible to identify usability disruptions on the selected components, and with the help of the specialized literature on HCI and Usability, interfaces were proposed that contemplated the improvements proposed by the evaluators as well as the heuristics and Usability rules defined by specialists in the subject.
