SISCONTROL: sistema de controle digital de temperatura para forno de solda BGA e SMD

Abstract

This document discusses the development of a project of digital temperature control o fan oven to be used as a tool for soldering electronic circuits. The physical interface of the project consists of three modules: digital, control and oven. The digital module is responsible for all digital processing system. It is through this interface that the user will interact with the project. The control module is responsible for switching the mains voltage to the oven through a PWM(Pulse-Width Modulation) generated by the digital module. The last module is responsible for the warming. This is an oven for domestic use suitably adapted to be used for this purpose.
