This article deals with universities to include within a matter that concerned only the steps to create technology because it often projects are launched without really knowing the needs of society, must take into account many points in order to develop technology really good and useful to society as well be What are the needs of society? What do you want to accomplish with this project? In what ways will benefit society? How to publicize the project effectively? ... etc. etc. As can be seen developing technology is not only innovate but also to think ahead and think not only benefit itself but also must think about the benefit of society as this be able to decide if our technology to succeed or quite the contrary.  Este articulo trata sobre incluir dentro de las universidades una materia que trate solo de los pasos a seguir para poder crear tecnología puesto que muchas veces se lanzan los proyectos sin saber realmente las necesidades de la sociedad, hay que tener en cuenta muchos puntos para poder desarrollar una tecnología realmente buena y útil para la sociedad como bien puede ser ¿Cuáles son las necesidades de la sociedad? ¿Qué se quiere lograr con ese proyecto?¿De qué manera se verá beneficiada la sociedad? ¿Cómo dar a conocer de manera eficaz el proyecto?... etc. etc. Como se puede notar desarrollar tecnología no solo se trata de innovar sino también de pensar a futuro y de pensar no solo en un beneficio propio sino también hay que pensar en el beneficio de la sociedad pues esta será la que decida si nuestra tecnología tenga éxito o todo lo contrario.
