Resumen
We report calculated 2H nuclear quadrupole coupling constants and asymmetry parameter in deuterated crystalline oxalic acid dihydrated polymorphs within a full-potential linear combination of Gaussian-type orbitals employing both Density Functional Theory and Hartree-Fock approximation. The Becke's hybrid exchange B3 and the Lee, Yang and Parr correlation functionals were employed. Their dependence with basis set, interelectronic correlation, structural changes and crystal field environment are reported. Methods: A standard curve was generated by amplification of serial dilutions of HCV-plasmid (pFKI389-NS3-3') harboring genotype 1b HCV-subgenomic replicon. Samples from 15 HCV-infected patients (genotypes 1, 2, and 3) were analyzed to quantify HCV-RNA by qPCR with primers and probes specific for the 5'-UTR viral region. Results: The HCV qPCR assay had a sensitivity of 100 copies/reaction with a dynamic range of detection between 10 2-20 10 6 HCV copies. The assay was highly reproducible with a low coefficient of variation. We observed that the HCV genotypes included could be identified by our method. Conclusions: Our results showed that this modified qPCR assay provides a valid platform for quantifying HCV-RNA, combining good analytical sensitivity with a wide dynamic range and high reproducibility.",,,,,,"10.1309/LMHXO54SA8GYPIRH",,,"http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12104/39180","http://www.scopus.com/inward/record.url?eid=2-s2.0-79960422263&partnerID=40&md5=3e6979828a212368709d11cf1bb4101e",,,,,,"6",,"Laboratory Medicine",,"333 337",,"42",,"Scopus WOS",,,,,,"HCV genotype; HCV-RNA; Hepatitis C virus; Nucleotides; Polymerase chain reaction; qPCR; Threshold cycle.; Untranslated region",,,,,,"Absolute quantitation of different genotypes of hepatitis C virus RNA in clinical samples by a modified real-time PCR method",,"Article"

These Lagrangians are deduced using the constant of motion approach. The study is focused on one of these Lagrangians and Hamiltonians to analyze their implications on the quantization of the one-dimensional harmonic oscillator. The main feature is the incomnpatibilities of the units in the usual quantization approaches. Using the velocity quantization approach it is possible to get rid of this incompatibility units problem.",,,,,,,,,"http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12104/39174","http://www.scopus.com/inward/record.url?eid=2-s2.0-0036003937&partnerID=40&md5=a53053d1b55698bbf6abedf524dc2210",,,,,,"1",,"Revista Mexicana de Fisica",,"10 15",,"48",,"Scopus WOS",,,,,,"Constant of motion; Hamiltonian; Lagrangian; Velocity quantization",,,,,,"About ambiguities appearing on the study of classical and quantum harmonic oscillator",,"Article"

The controller has an angular and translational components that are designed using rotors and translators. The controller does not require additional calculations or jacobian-like matrices. The proposed adaptive controller regulates a camera to a desired position and orientation from a desired image. Lastly, we develop a GA-based Lyapunov function to demonstrate the stability of the controller and we present simulations validating the proposed controller. " 2011 IEEE.
