It contains the analysis of the recent constitutional reform to the Judicial Power of the Federation, presenting an introduction in order to provide the context in which it was presented. Subsequently, the analysis of each of the articles included in the reform is carried out, specifying that they regulate, what the variation consisted of and what the consequences of it will be. Based on this, the various conclusions regarding the adjustments that will be presented in the Judicial Power of the Federation and the problems that may arise are reached.Se contiene el análisis de la reciente reforma constitucional al Poder Judicial de la Federación, presentando una introducción a fin de brindar el contexto en que esta se presentó. Posteriormente, se realiza el análisis de cada uno de los artículos que comprende la reforma, precisando que regulan, en que consistió la variación y cuáles serán las consecuencias de ella. Con base en ello, se arriba a las diversas conclusiones respecto de las adecuaciones que se presentarán en el Poder Judicial de la Federación y los problemas que pueden surgir.
