Resumen
In this study, a Digital Marketing plan is proposed for the positioning of Duck Marketing Solutions, headquartered in Riobamba city. To have constancy about the investigation, a qualitative and quantitative study approach was used along with the inductive and deductive methods. The Experts method was applied to two financial institutions: Credil and Insotec located in Riobamba city, the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient was also used, from which a valid and reliable survey was obtained. In addition, an observation sheet was used, also, a sample with a result of 359 companies to be surveyed, therefore, the different techniques of study allowed the analysis and interpretation of results that indicate that the marketing agency has a low level of positioning. Based on the research the proposal contains strategies for the improvement of the website, virtual platform, blogs, presence in social networks, storytelling, Google SEO and other communication strategies integrated into digital marketing that will strengthen the positioning of the company. Duck Marketing Solutions is recommended to apply strategies that will help achieve the proposed objectives and a high level of recognition by other companies in Riobamba city.
