Implementación de un algoritmo híbrido basado en control predictivo y PID para el control de un sistema de retardo dominante

Abstract

This thesis shows the implementation of a PID-predictive control applied to a plant with dominant delay in a distributed control structure. The experimental results are evaluated using the parameters characterizing the transient response of the system to a step change in the reference signal of the process compared with the response of a classical PID controller.
