This discourse talks about the socioeconomic impacts and their effects in using space and production at Iratapuru Supportable Development Reserve, because of the Santo Antonio do Jari Hydroelectric. It is, also, introduce the problems exposed on reports about the environment impacts, such as regional development, the process of territorial rebuilding and new dynamics of the area, the traditional residents lifestyle, the possible disagreement because of the new way of thinking, the change by acculturation and the new forms of houses. This discourse studies the Iratapuru Supportable Development Reserve and the exploration of natural resources explored by some projects in Amazonia, interfering on the socioeconomic type of the traditional residents lifestyle. It was possible thanks to book researches, official docs analysis, interviews and pictures, which try to answer questions like how is the Iratapuru SDR socioeconomic dynamic since the Santo Antonio Hydroelectric performing? Which impacts is possible to see with the territory and natural resources exploration? It's possible to find in the first chapter all the book references about the relationship between the territory, men and the nature; environmental rationality, using the area for social reproduction on far way areas. The second chapter talks about the building of the brazilian territory, the amazonian territory, from Amapá and Jari space. The third makes reference to territorial composition aspects from Amapá, showing the occupation and the territorial dynamics at Jari, paying special attention on the use of the space by Santo Antonio Hydroelectric
