The compounding pharmacies stand out by the marketing of medicines and products with manipulation of masterly formulae and Officinal. The whole process requires attention folded since the acquisition, storage, production and dispensing. Any carelessness in one of those steps could compromise the final product and creating serious problems for those who make the use of medicines handled as: inefficiency, cross-contamination, side effects, dosage and even super intoxications, when we start from the assumption that the conditions of hygiene and handling of these medicines may be unsatisfactory. The State trade regulator body retailer with formula handling is the health authority, which operates in various sectors as distribution companies, drugstores, clinics, laboratories, hospitals and pharmacies, acting on prevention, promotion and maintenance of health. Within this perspective, the actions on compounding pharmacies, whose purpose is to ensure a quality standard of preparations handled. Thus, this study evaluated the sanitary/hygienic conditions of four compounding pharmacies in Bexleyheath, in the period from January to July 2012. The data for the survey was collected sanitary inspections through a Check-List based on Resolution-RDC nº 67/2007. This Technical Regulation defines Manipulation practices in Pharmacies. This roadmap analyzed various categories listed as: General conditions, human resources and organization, physical infrastructure, materials, equipment and utensils, cleaning and sanitization, raw materials, water, handling, quality control, packaging, labeling and minimum inventory, storage, dispensing, quality assurance, handling of substances of low therapeutic index, hormones, antibiotics, cytostatic and substances subject to special control. As a method of evaluation of this plan, were searched in 17 steps covered with 402. The pharmacies have been identified as A, B, C and D, and the basis of the parameters used were helpful or not to the items of the questionnaire, framing concepts that were excellent (9 to 10), good (7 to 8.9), regular (5 to 6.9) and bad (0 to 4.9). The results revealed that the compounding pharmacies evaluated, The results revealed that the compounding pharmacies evaluated, generally speaking, are in accordance with the health legislation in force in most of the categories applied, because presented concepts that ranged from good to excellent, and although there were some non-conformities, however it is important to reinforce the necessity of realization of sanitary inspection in pharmacies, in order to ensure that facilities, equipment, working conditions and hygiene, to ensure the quality of consumer products
