Factores predisponentes de la delincuencia juvenil

Abstract

El presente ensayo muestra cómo una defi ciente estructuración yoica en donde la autoestima, la consciencia de sí, la identidad así como la responsabilidad y libertad de elegir se encuentran atrofi adas; y en donde existen además necesidades de satisfacción apremiantes para el individuo, que pueden llevar a una persona, hablemos en este caso del adolescente, a presentar conductas transgresoras de las leyes penales. El fenómeno de la delincuencia no es nuevo ni sencillo, las opiniones acerca de su etiología han variado desde el concepto de “criminal nato o degenerado” hasta las que suponen que su única causa es el ambiente, se llegó incluso a pensar en la necesidad de descubrir un tipo específi co de cerebro criminal. El tema será desarrollado desde un enfoque social, cultural y psicoanalítico, para lo cual se revisarán autores como W. Wolf, Fidel de la Garza y Friedlander, K.
