Resumen
Requirements elicitation is a crucial phase for software development, the stage where
most of the failures in projects are concentrated. Considering the educational context, these
problems can be explained by considering the "traditional" teaching approach that usually works
these competencies merely through expository classes and mechanical exercises. In order to
diversify teaching and learning strategies in the area, it is possible to use games, virtual environments
and the gamification of activities associated with these contents, which uses elements
of games in non-game. One method to elicit requirements is the interview, which consists of a
formal or informal conversation with the interviewed user, this way providing immediate feedback.
In general, the central stages of the interview process can be identified as the planning,
execution and documentation and revision of the it, each stage being subdivided into activities
to be developed, as well as guidelines to be followed. In this context, the main objective of this
work is to present a definition of a set of gamification strategies for the stages of the interview
process, using as reference the BABOK knowledge guide for Business Analysis. This work
innovates by bringing to the user a constant monitoring of their performance and comparison
with other users, seeking to increase student motivation and engagement in content learning.
The evaluation brings aspects of the interface with which the users would have a good or bad
interaction, from the look of a specialist of the area.
