The application of the labor reform in the Brazilian context has caused many effects and implications, as in the equal pay which has suffered many changes in different aspects. The equal pay is the determination to employees that do the same job and have the same position, in the same company or not, in the same geographical space or not, to receive the same salary. Considering these aspects, this paper aims to verify the lost rights of the employees with the labor reform. Besides, to identify the dispositive that compares and demonstrates if there was decrease of the employees’ rights, and to clarify the new labor reform. In order to develop this study, the methodology used is the demonstrative one, considering the characteristics of the new labor reform, and the theme of this paper, the impossibilities of the equal pay between employees of different company and same economic group. Therefore, considering the labor reform, the employee who does not work in the same geographical space cannot receive equal pay. Besides, there is the limit of two years of position and four of position in the same company. Thereby, it is possible to affirm the instability in relation to the employee, that demonstrates that the labor reform made difficult the equal pay between employees.
