A touristic circuit is a combination of attractive or strategic places that aloud give knowledge of a touristic destiny. Those circuits focus on a specific thematic or final objective that comes to generate diversification of the tourist offer and the increase of visitors of a determinate zone. For this graduate project it has been made a proposal of different touristic circuits with a thematic, it focus on the draft beer that offer the establishments of the Zona T in the city of Bogotá.
The draft beer is an alcoholic product base of barley malt, which shows differences by its manual production and unique organoleptic characteristics gived by its fabrication process, unique ingredients and naturals and its fermentation.
For be an alcoholic drink too much especial and important, it have been made four different touristic circuits inside the chosen zone, that focus in the tasting of every single one of the beer that was artisan way produced and its respective pairing, so the tools used for the research taking about of the establishments was the application of technical sheets, interviews with experts on the beer topic and polls to the public or potential client, to which could be addressed the project.
So it was analyzed that the circuits can be made to all kinds of customers or public, since this drink does not present any problem in its consumption. But we want to focus mainly on people aged 25 years and older, since at these ages people are more receptive to the knowledge of tasting and pairing and they can appreciate more fully and deeply the taste for high quality beverages.
When carrying out the respective study of the establishments of the T zone, it was possible to know the different kinds of beers and preparations that they offer and the main physical characteristics and service provision to be able to give a unique experience to the visitors. In this way, select the PUBs to belong to the touristic circuit and the respective creation of four different types of circuits focused on the tonality of the beer, its organoleptic characteristics, its respective pairing and the difference with the industrial beer called CERARTE blond, CERARTE red, CERARTE Black andCERARTE fusion.
