Electrosilvania

Abstract

Electro Silvania is a Colombian company from the industrial manufacturing sector which has been contributing for 33 years in the production processes of factories in different sectors by manufacturing customized electric resistances, along with a qualified team to give solutions regarding heating services. 20 years ago, Electro Silvania started to sell sauna generators from its only point of sales, throughout this time, this product has been improved so that it can work properly. However, the company always focused on improving the products design, but it did not open new niche markets to get to the final customer (hotels and people who own houses in urban and rural areas). Nowadays, the company has difficulties selling its products, since it only trades from the sales point, but our customers are usually brokers who offer full sauna services along with the electric and wood suppliers, who, in fact, are not the final users. Therefore, my entrepreneurship aims to create a special trade mark to sell sauna generators, as a new business unit, through the digital channel Chaya.
