Abstract

One of the greatest challenges facing governments today has been the emergence of organizations arranged in a network with high capacity resilient and flexible structures, which have questioned the idea of a ri-gid military hierarchy. Therefore, this article explores the components that make an organization of multiple network nodes connected, all in the perspective of the information age.
