dc.description.abstractOne of the greatest challenges facing governments today has been the emergence of organizations arranged in a network with high capacity resilient and flexible structures, which have questioned the idea of a ri-gid military hierarchy. Therefore, this article explores the components that make an organization of multiple network nodes connected, all in the perspective of the information age. The specific case study will be the FARC-EP with its 50 years of history has established as one of the guerrilla with a network structure oldest in world.
