Aproximación a los pliegos tipo de infraestructura de transporte – El pliego tipo de mínima cuantía

Abstract

Recently, our legal system has welcomed a new instrument that must be used by State entities when contracting transport infrastructure works, this is the standard specification. This research work makes an approximation to the standard specifications, in particular, the standard specification for the minimum amount of infrastructure for transport works, addressing the context in which the instrument is generated and its main discussions. Next, the content of the specifications is analyzed in detail, for which its main aspects are developed and how it should be used. Finally, the reflections of the instrument are presented regarding the most relevant, and the conclusions of the research work.
