Abstract

The purpose of this practical application project is to carry out a consultancy for the Cantos del Río cultural corporation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the management of initiatives that favor the safeguarding of the traditional music of the Colombian Caribbean. The corporation develops consultancies to music festivals of the region, record and audiovisual production and research. In this sense, the project seeks to design an improvement plan for the organization, taking into account the characteristics of the territorial context that contributes to enhancing the entity's management and communication processes.
