Resumen
This degree work arose as a continuation of the project that has been developing and forming since the beginning of 2020 for institutional purposes of the Universidad del Rosario. The main purpose is to implement the contents seen in the course in a strategic way in order to position the venture in the digital market. For this, specific and general objectives were set, which will be applied throughout the research and development of digital content. Subsequently, the buyer persona was defined and the positioning and strategies of the digital competition were analyzed, in order to observe a broader picture of the current market and to establish the best content strategies. Finally, for the positioning of the venture, SEO strategies, proximity, social networks, advertising and internet ads were proposed. Likewise, the website was developed, implementing different strategies to achieve customer retention in our online channel.
