El caso de Try My Ride, un emprendimiento en Colombia, pionero de una transformación cultural a través de la movilidad sostenible

Given that vehicular traffic has a strong environmental social and economic impact, the mobility has turned into a challenge for the big cities. Thus, this work documents the case of the company Try my Ride, a sustainable entrepreneurship that promotes the sustainable mobility. This company has developed a mobile application, between other strategies to attain the cultural change in the companies that attends, with important results backed in positive indicators of sustainable mobility. This document presents a simple case study, with an exploratory, descriptive and explanatory scope. The methods chosen for the evidence collection were documentary review, semi – structured interview and direct observation. The interviews were realized to the entrepreneur, an employee and a client. The technique of data analysis was categorial coding. The results show the need to establish systems of follow-up and control of sustainability. Likewise, that is fundamental to adopt a style of responsible leadership and carry out a process of cultural transformation to get results in the triple bottom line of sustainability: economic, social and environmental.
