Resumen
The democratic management, as a political expression of the Law of Education
Guidelines and Bases (LDB) No 9394/96, is linked to the formation of citizenship,
through the collective construction of the Political Pedagogical Project. In this
perspective, realizes the importance of school participation that with autonomy, has
the freedom to decide the lines of the school, mainly to build your own project. This
monographic study start with the objectiveof of promove the critical reflexion about
the need for collective construction of the proposed school's educational policy, to a
quality education and democracy. The research consist of a literature search, using
ideas from different authors to characterize the main concepts of the problem
proposed. In this way, we identified and analyzed the main concepts of the subject
studied. We tried to understand and define concepts such as: Political Pedagogical
Project, Importance of the Evaluation of Educational Policy Project, Need for a
Collective School Planning and Management and Participation in Democratic School.
At the end concluded of that same school a reality, which still explicitly authoritarian
ideas and actions with individual democratic management, can not move forward as
a reference work and collective participation in the construction of the proposed
pedagogical political.
