Proposing aesthetic experiences in Art with little children is provocative for the teacher in Elementary School. The present research aims at depicting and reflecting about a pedagogical experience with the objective of promoting significant aesthetic experiences in arts for the specificities of children at preschool age, through a project of experiments with non-structured elements found in the nature. Such research is characterized as a case study, of qualitative approach, which has been carried out in a preschool group of twelve children, at the ages from 4 to 6, in a school located in Ijuí, where the researcher is also the teacher. The work Project proposed pedagogical practices that involved playing in the aesthetic experiments of art, through hearing and observation of the children during the research of materials of the nature, with the support of audiovisual materials, written register and photographs. The investigation had as objective the continuous reflection of such experience believing in the possibilities of development of the imagination, of the aesthetic sensibility by means of the pedagogical practices in art. This experience also echoed with the researcher’s own experiences and memories of childhood with the production from materials of the nature to express oneself. Thus art, through playing with the experiments is fundamental to the development of the aesthetic of the children in elementary school with experiences lived and pedagogically organized by means of projects. The art experiences with materials from the nature with children make possible the aesthetic sensibility by their involvement in the discoveries.
