O papel dos preceptores na formação dos residentes multiprofissionais em saúde

Abstract

Introduction: The Multiprofessional residency in health comes to contribute to the training and qualification of health professionals, directly active in the public system, as an objective of strengthening the multiprofessional performance/training, mainly necessary changes in the work process. Objective: This study describes the perception of the role of preceptors, field and nucleus, in the training of professionals living in the multidisciplinary residency program integrated in Management and hospital care in the public health system. Methodology: Participated in this research six preceptors, three field and three nucleus, who responded to a semi-structured questionnaire, consisting of 10 questions. Result/discussion: Through the analysis of the applied questions it was possible to find some of the origins of the difficulties punctuated by the field and nucleus preceptors. Final Considerations: It was observed that the fragility in the role of preceptors is linked to the difficulty in accessing the skills that are provided and the lack of a standardized training for these professionals.
