This paper presents the development of a case study on the remote customer service of a company representative of automation equipment, seeking to apply a study on its practices and solution in the remote service sector of the company. The main res]ult is to measure the satisfaction and importance of this service offered by the company, aiming in the future to improve the service provided through the creation of profiles of the company's customers.
