There is no doubt that technology is present in the reality of all people, enabling interaction, communication and development. Working with the technologies at school provides greater cognitive growth as well as enabling the student to interact with the technological resources for future development. For this, the teachers need adequate training and training, so that they can use the technological resources with autonomy, interconnecting them with the daily pedagogical practice. Therefore, this article aims at understanding the possibilities of using technology in the classroom as an object of growth between teaching and learning, through the continuous training of teachers, analyzing the technological tools used in pedagogical practices, identifying their possibilities, contributing for the training of teachers and for the construction of differentiated plans. In this sense, a research was developed with volunteer teachers who were interested in participating in the training course. These teachers answered two questionnaires, one diagnosis and one evaluation, in order to obtain information on how the use of the technologies is made and how it came to be realized after the application of the continuing education course. It was observed that there is a shortage of physical resources in the school and of sufficient information and technical knowledge on the part of the teachers so that there is more frequency in the use of the technologies. However, there is a great interest on the part of the teachers in making the classes more technological, dynamic and interactive to provide a better and better qualified future for the students.
