Modularization is a strategy used with the objective of obtaining improvements in certain parts of a process, called modules, thus reflecting on a deeper and improved analysis. The service sector generates large parts of jobs and income in the countries' economies, which is why it has been increasingly common to adopt strategies used in the industry to design and improve. In this sense, the present work sought to modularize the service provided by a restaurant located in the city of Santa Maria / RS, with the objective of evaluating the result in relation to customer turnover and profitability. It also has the study of processes and data informed by the company, associated with the identification of modules, making it possible to point out faults and suggestions for improvements. The results obtained were able to impact the entire service offer process of the restaurant investigated, as well as the creation of three modules, where it was studied with more emphasis only one of them, the process module serve.
