Ambiente virtual de aprendizagem na formação de mediadores culturais da 9º Bienal do Mercosul

This article aims to present the Moodle Virtual Learning Environment used in the
training of the mediators teams from the 9th Biennial of Mercosul, and the
participants' perceptions of distance education. The study was conducted with
bibliographic databases, descriptive analisys and ex post-facto. The approach is
quantitative and qualitative, presenting objective data and its relation to the virtual
learning environment. The research attracted the attention of participants to the
interaction and learning process in the virtual learning environment, evidencing the
most significant tools and others that somehow were not used at all, and notes on
possible improvements in to the course using the virtual learning environment.
