Resumen
The company SUMARC TAT S.A.S has served since its inception as a distributor of NUTRESA’s products by the traditional channel and during the last eight years has been in the market facing challenges, allowing them to have nowadays extensive knowledge of the channel. However, recently they have detected some problems meeting the business goals and budgets, which means that the company must design a new commercial scheme that helps fulfilling their goals and budgets taking into account the requirements of their business partner, NUTRESA.
This practical application project attempts to contribute improving business strategies and the organizational scheme of the company to achieve on a 100% the business goals and budgets, ensuring the profitability and the efficient development of all the activities. To achieve these objectives, we worked together with the manager and the sales department of the company, making a complete diagnosis of the initial situation through quantitative and qualitative tools in order to focus efforts on solving the root causes of the problem.
Having identified the weaknesses, an action plan was designed to take advantage of the existing strengths and opportunities and to address the existing weaknesses and threats in order to make a positive impact in all functional areas of the company, compliance indicators and business profitability and sustainability.
