Resumen
This work aims to analyze the current situation facing teacher professional development courses offered by The University of Rosario, in order to know the perception of college professors about these and so to generate inputs that contribute to improved and to make adjustments to the current content of these. All this, to increased the participation of teachers, with a view to strengthening this great proposal that the university, where the main focus is to offer high quality education based on the training of the teaching staff and academic strategies according to the needs of today`s world. Above, is to be achieved through the analysis of surveys of career teachers, who are all those who chose the academy as a life project. Based on it, it will be possible to obtain a clear view of the current situation, and the challenges that the university have, in order to continue this tradition that today is huge part of the elements that position the university as one of the best in Colombia.
