Impacto de la innovación tecnológica en las estrategias de YouTube y Google

Abstract

The concept/definition of administration have been changing constantly from time to time. The ideology from different authors have mark the concept of administration, where this concept have establish in a way that this science work hand to hand with innovation and strategy. The objective of this project is to demonstrate the basic fundamentals of administration, these been innovation and strategy, where we can demonstrate the impact and repercussion these have in different organizations we visit during our time at Silicon Valley, focusing in Google and YouTube as our main organizations. In order to accomplish this objective we realize different polls where we ask certain questions to people that work for this organizations, having as an outcome very valuable information that allow us to realize this study. After the data obtained from different interviews, we gather the information obtained to accomplish and conclude that innovation is fundamental for a smooth understanding and functioning of the different organizations that belong to Silicon Valley. With this information we believe that this is the base for the formulation of strategies in any company.
