dc.description.abstractConcerned by the slowness on the form-filling of judicial process, on December 13 2001 the Secretary of Economic Development introduced in behalf of the national government a project to modify the Civil Procedure Code, specifically, the executive process.  The final version of this reform approved and discussed, firsts in the lower Camera  and then  in the Senate, became  law  794  of January 8 2003. This law is briefly developed  in the current article.
