Resumen
The purpose of this paper is to show how models of e-Commerce & e-Marketing to optimize business performance of enterprises, using electronic resources such as the Internet and virtual communication systems, in this case from the vision has towards the client. The study was conducted in the company Blue Trade SAS, analyzing how the implementation of these models resulted in improved performance, likewise presents two successful models of electronic resource optimization, as it was in Avianca and Carvajal, SA, who were in account costs, strategies and actions to take to implement them.
