Divergencias y convergencias en la Cooperación internacional Colombia-México en materia de tráfico de drogas: Lucha contra los carteles de drogas. 2003-2010

Abstract

The main interest of this case study is to analyze and characterize the phenomenon of organized crime (OC) in Mexico and Colombia and its manifestation through criminal structures as drug cartels (in the Mexican case), and BACRIM, insurgent groups and FARC (in the Colombian case), and then analyze and evaluate what were the trends of convergence and divergence in the framework of cooperation of these countries on drug trafficking in the period from 2003 to 2010.
