Reminiscencias de la Guerra de los Mil Días. Descripción y análisis del régimen de responsabilidad extracontractual del Estado, con posterioridad a la Guerra Civil de 1899 a 1902

Abstract

The following research offers the reader a legal-historical analysis of the institution of the State Torts in Colombia, in order to expose its structure, characteristics etc., in the end of the XIX century and in the beginning of the XX century. Furthermore, the research approaches Colombia´s social and political context in the XIX century, highlighting “The Thousand Days´ War”, and from there, this text analyzes the legal issue referenced above, in order to expose the way “the coffee country” responded by facts derived from the mentioned military confrontation.
